Nana Wilson Suh
Nana Wilson Suh is a Cameroonian Lawyer, Notary Public, and International Arbitrator with extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Called to the Cameroon Bar in 2011, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nana & Associates Law Office, Bamenda, Cameroon. He serves as a Member of the Technical Committee of the Court of Arbitration and Mediation of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts and is a Member of the ICC Cameroon Commission on Arbitration. He also represents Cameroon on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR (2024-2027 Mandate). A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Member of the African Arbitration Association (AfAA), he regularly participates in arbitration and mediation proceedings, trainings and capacity-building initiatives across Africa and internationally. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investment dispute, sports dispute, corporate and commercial law, and cross-border dispute resolution.
